Myeongdong Calling
The cinema is behind this big white building with the strange rooftop. I've been up there many times before.
Looking up the road toward Namsan.
A closer look at those really old buildings on the other side of the cinema. I imagine this is what Myeongdong must've been like back in the '70s when it was full of culture.
A look toward the northeast. There used to be two interesting blocks of old buildings where those fenced-off areas are, both which I visited with Tyler back in the day.
Nice rooftop up here.
Interesting what they're doing to Myeongdong Cathedral. Are they going to fill in that earth or turn the whole place into more of a fortress? They certainly could've used that in the '70s and '80s.
