Naebu Overpass
The offramp was basically unblocked. On my way back down later, I passed a work vehicle coming up and they didn't care I was up there.
Looking back down to where two streams meet.
Up on the deck, with all the lights on.
Looking south where it curves and runs over Cheonggyecheon for a bit.
Back the way I came.
Down at the bottom, there are all these lights to warn people away.
