Fireworks!
It doesn't seem like they halted traffic this time.
As fireworks went off directly across the river, I noticed there were people on this roof. I'd never tried this building because it is suspiciously unlabeled and I feared it was something secret.
But hey, look, there are people on the roof.
And they look suspiciously like people I know.
