This reminded me of a friend with the name Rincon.
We went inside an "Angel" American-Chinese restaurant run by Koreans.
The menu looked legit.
The food was less legit, and some things suffered more than others for it.
This place would light up spectacularly soon.

I suspect this mural is by the same guy who did this.
