This appears to be a bunch of bikes locked up near where we have our RASKB afterparties.
And here's a restaurant over a parking garage in the same area.
Walking up the rain-drenched street toward home, I noticed that mural up on the building for the first time.

From my office, I was able to see these workers doing maintenance on a large billboard. Looking at those ladders, the word "nope" works in both languages.
