Abandoned Scooters
This scooter, which I posted about almost a month earlier, is still sitting there.
It looks like there are penalties for abandoning a scooter like this. I wonder if they can actually find the last owner.
This other scooter has been sitting further uphill for a while too. It has a licence plate so it hasn't been abandoned in the same fashion.
It is also fairly attractive.
