North Korean Bar
These images on the outside of the place ape North Korean propaganda style. The slogans are apolitical.
There were people out front talking about the place. I didn't get too close. They seemed civil.
If you look above the entrance, you can see a blue tarp draping down. That is covering a North Korean flag and portraits of the first two Kims.
