Wowsan at Night
I found benches up on top of Wowsan, closest to what I could determine was a peak.
A little farther down was a pavilion.
And in the other direction was a playground.
Down in Hongdae, the area usually infested with dance groups had only one musician, and not a big crowd. Further down toward Sangsang Madang area, it was extremely crowded. I didn't take pictures there, just drove past quickly.
