Gwanghwamun Stream
On my way to work, I passed by this display at the bus island in the middle of the road.
This is the exact same site in the Kyunghyang article. It looks like it's just being covered up for now. This area is further north and more to the side than I'd thought previously. It's also easy to look in on, with no big white construction fence up.
