Huh, the building on the corner is being "remodeled." This was the building that held the McDonald's.
There's Samgeori Pocha, which is operated by YG Entertainment. The building's wooden Japanese facade is sort of a giveaway for that. I remember before it became this, there was an actual tent restaurant there, but I don't know if that was also owned by YG or just bought out by them.
