I noticed they changed the exact kid desplayed on the side of City hall. Maybe the previous one was starting to change colour like the Cop Titan?
When I was driving by, the billboard the kid was holding up was announcing death rates of something. I doubled back hoping to get a picture of that, but ended up with this instead.
