I don't think I've ever seen that kind of no-scooters sign before.
I have seen that kind of sign before, but it was in 2010 in Kim Il-sung Square.
A closer look.
The hoarding on a construction site is boasting about getting rid of a shantytown.
And an overpass, which I believe hasn't happened yet.
Otherwise pretty pleasant-looking.
Now there's the kind of no-scooters sign I'm used to seeing.
