I was considering adding this to the K-Iceberg. A closer look indicated that yes, the Kong referenced is King Kong.

It leads...somewhere.
Getting down there was easier than I expected.
It turned out to lead to an old closed underpass.
Looks like it's been closed for over three years.
The far end.
Time to go back.
