Dr Drain
So there's a movie coming out called "Dr Brain" I guess. Without looking it up, I'm going to assume the concept is similar to Limitless.
Anyway, with some minor photoshoptography, Dr Brain became Dr Drain, an injoke that maybe one other person on Earth would understand without explanation or translation.
