Sungkyunkwan
The side of Daeseongjeon was crawling with people.
I managed to get to the spot on the back of the temple where you can look across through the trees to Myeongnyundang.
So many people.
The most crowded spot was over here by the king's entrance. Was she famous?
What were they lined up for?
And that really seems like a lineup.
Over by Myeongnyundang.
I looked on the far side of Dongjae, which was at least more manageable.
Explains why the parking lot was so full. Incidentally, the building on the left, Yurim Hall, is most likely the reason why Korea's highest-ranked Confucian site has been beaten out by smaller provincial schools for UNESCO status.
