Here's a view looking at the uphill part of Itaewon, with the Hyatt.

You can see even this wealthy area isn't spared redevelopment (although I'm sure it's almost all welcomed there [other than neighbours complaining about construction noises]).

Next I tried hitting another rooftop, only to find this view on the top floor.

The access door to higher up stuff was painted over. So was the ladder. I thought you were supposed to climb that hanging from the wall, but then I took it off and leaned it properly, and was able to open that door safely.
