Anyway here's a blue and white building the cops used to use.

This door was locked but there were several other entries that were wide open.

A resting place.

This door led out to the alley out back. It had been locked.

The building around back. If any of these buildings had detention facilities, I would probably have guessed this one. I didn't find anything that was conclusively for holding prisoners.
