This is a zoomed-in picture that shows what I believe is part of the cannons seen here but they appear to be lowered a bit, plus we are on a lower footing than the other vantage.
I'll be watching that patch of land, because I believe the Host Tunnel runs under here. Unless they've diverted it radically, I believe its original course places it running under the bridge on the right, closer to me than the old shoe market buildings. Though at some point in the past it may have been rerouted under the road on the other side.
