As far as I can tell, this one is for seeking approval for a future redevelopment plan.
This one seems to also be about gathering consent, except for a different area.
The area appears to be everything behind Phillies basically.
They left this in, which turned out to be an old tattoo parlour that's no longer there.
The following banners in contrast all seem to be about the final selection for an area of Huam-dong.
I guess all these companies are bidding on the project? They all seem to be offering congratulations, but it's not clear to whom.
There were a lot of them though.
This one is from the Yongsan District Council and doesn't seem to directly address redevelopment.
