Weird Little Park

I hadn't seen this plaque before. It seems to claim that the art down there was the work of Lee Soon-seok (1905-86). There's probably much more to his story, but I am over a month behind on this website.

That is the artwork I assume comes from him.

A somewhat closer look.

Downhill, there was more work going on.

The round shape to the left is the base of his statue. It looks like it's just the cherry on top of a large complex. It would be extra impressive if he had designed this whole monstrosity, rather than the art high up on a pedestal atop.

I climbed up it but didn't get high enough.

I returned later at night and had a look at the demolition downhill from the sculpture.
