I came across this building while dropping off newspapers for a contributor.

Whateve Ginga is is new.

I went to Homeboy Seoul for food.

I think this was back at the first building. I decided I couldn't enter easily.

Back inside former Studio: still not ready.

I mean now at least there are lights.

That looks kind of cool, though I'd be curious if it makes musicians too backlit.

Still some old equipment back there.

Also they have a neon sign.
