The upstream part seems to be blocked off.
I was interested by the fake rock surface, and the train vehicle above.
I got closer. Definitely not something I want to mess with.
A pretty strange stretch of daylighted stream.
And that is beyond weird.
Here's the downstream side. It goes under city property so it seemed even less inviting.
