Late night walk
We went out for a walk. I wanted to get a little closer to that construction site so I could get this picture. Don't worry, I was behind the barrier. There are also a few pictures of us playing in the kitchen. Millie enjoys batting around bottlecaps. We gave her some catnip and she tried to drink our beer. Don't worry, she didn't have any. But the prophecy of her 100 day party has come true.

Catness
We spent all day Saturday relaxing at home. I discovered that Millie's favourite musical instrument is the bagpipes. Maybe it sounds like cats to her. This picture enclosed is her reaction to "Dueling Bagpipes" by the Chieftains and Great Big Sea.

Late night walk
It finally seems to be officially spring here. We went out for a walk last night after midnight and I took a couple pictures. There were quite a few drunks around, including an old man who was having so much trouble walking straight he ended up pacing along the same street for over 20 minutes, an old man hollering and barking like a dog and probably throwing up, and a guy pissing. Good times.

Falling Cat
I took a bunch of pictures on Saturday while talking to my parents on the phone. I was also a little curious to see that parking garage in some of these photos. On the weekend they poured concrete but we were too afraid to go down and carve our names in it.

Heart-shaped Cat
I needed to figure out how to make layers transparent in Photoshop. It was easier that I expected, and I made this image.

By the way, happy birthday to my mom.

Heart-shaped Cat
Not much happened this weekend. We watched a lot of movies and played with the cat. It pretty well captures the excitement of the whole weekend.

Crappy Week
This week I got food poisoning at work and nearly threw up on the subway. The doors opened just in time and I barfed all over the subway platform. There were a lot of people around but nobody did anything. I went into work late the next couple of days.

Today I felt mostly better and I can eat food again. When I got to work I found out there was a new vacuum cleaner at the office with an interesting name. Then Samia came over to see Millie. That's about it.

Here's a message from Millie (hypens added):
