Two-Year Anniversary This week is the ultimate week of Hell for a boyfriend. Tuesday is our two-year anniversary. Thursday is Jung's birthday. So I have to be on my best behaviour. On the bright side I didn't have to celebrate Black Day. They have their own month already anyway (even if we did give them the shortest one). So far I've given Jung two medium sized gifts you can see in today's photos. |

Weekend Another weekend, more cat pictures. We went onto the roof and did some exploring. Here's an interesting site documenting the Parliament cats in Ottawa. It seems that Powermann has been declared one of the funniest people of Edmonton, in a Journal article my dad scanned for me. He's come a long way since the school guidance counsellor trying to convince him not to wear his cape to school. I wonder if all of those people still hear about him. |

Cleaning I was woken up late at night by Millie on top of the TV, pointing to the ceiling. There was a huge cockroach up there. Anyway, I rolled up some paper and killed the thing. This led to us cleaning out the entire apartment. It's a lot nicer now. The bed has been moved into the living room so we basically never have to leave now. The apartment smells like paint now because of the pesticides, and the exterminators said it's safe for cats. Millie was very brave around the vacuum cleaner. She even let me vacuum her a bit. It's only the engine that scares her, not the suction hose. |
