Baekdu
This page has been quiet lately because I've put all the pictures from the China trip up on my other page.

Now that we're back from China, some more of my friends have gone over there. Grant, who took care of our cats, has left his cat Baekdu in our care. Here are some pictures of his stay.

When he came to our place he still remembered Millie and Buster from their four-day stay with him, but he was afraid of his new surroundings. He's since adapted and spends his time wandering around and socialising with Millie and Buster.

Coming Home
Last night I finally had a conversation with someone on this Gabbly thing. It's probably still up there if you look. I got to talking with my friend Jake/Anarack before Buster jumped on the keyboard and somehow closed the window. Anyway, here are some pictures I took around that time.

This site is suffering from not having a guestbook feature. I get almost 100 unique visitors per day, and almost none of them say anything. We can try out this feature to leave comments.

Also if you're interested in celebrating International Talk Like a Pirate Day, you can simply click here to turn this site into pirate-speak. It will mess with the images though.

Sunday morning
Here are a bunch of pictures I took of Buster and Millie being cute. They alternate between getting along and living out an epic battle with no clear objective. Buster has proven he can intimidate, but Millie dominates in the grappling.

Boxes
Jung gets a lot of groceries over the Internet, so we have a big collection of boxes in our apartment. They've ended up stacked in the middle of the room. We keep talking about making another house for the cats to play in, but haven't done it yet. The cats had a bit of fun with it anyway.

For Joey
Joey was whining about life in Texas and requested I take more street photos to show everyday life in Korea. I brought my camera with me and had it out in the morning on my way to work so I could capture what I see. Then around 4:30 I went out for a walk in the nearing-sunset light. Hopefully this will do. This is for everyone else who misses Korea too. I'm not forgetting you, Anarack, or Jake, or whatever I should call you.

Buster's Visit to the Vet
No, that's not a picture of Buster. While we were coming home, I saw this dog on the other side of the street. He crossed over to our side, nearly being hit by several cars. We grabbed him and carried him back to the vet. We're doing a search for the owners. This dog wasn't fixed so that's probably why he ran away.

Buster's first trip to the vet wasn't as easy as Millie's first time. He's had a problem with black snot, and also black gunk in his ears. The doctors gave him an X-ray to see if there was a problem with his lungs. There was, a small one, so he was given some medication. And he has had no trouble eating it, as foreshadowed by his 100-day birthday in which he chose the pills. I guess it really does work. They also cleaned out his ears, which he wasn't happy about.
