One-Year Anniversary Our one-year anniversary wasn't extremely special, as we had to go to immigration to renew my visa. How romantic. |

Buster's Birthday We kind of messed up and missed Buster's birthday by a week. I put together a big collection of his pictures over the past year. We had a birthday party for him a few days ago and I'll post pictures of that eventually. |

Buddha's Birthday On Buddha's Birthday I stayed home and rested all day. The cats did a lot of resting too, and spent a lot of time together. I got a bunch of pictures of them on top of the dresser. |

Eggo Waffles Jung had a craving for waffles so she bought a big box of them. It was a little small for a cat but Millie squeezed in and had a good time. Now they don't care about the box. |

Various Pictures Alright, there aren't many pictures in this one, but the main reason for looking here is the Happy HIV shirt that I saw on the subway. I took that one with my old camera, as the new one is really not good for candid photos. Also look for pictures of the dog and some random places around work. |

The Return of Samia Samia's back again for the summer as her musical theatre program is on summer break. She's already got her cell phone working again, a new scooter, and a bunch of voice acting gigs lined up. She can relocate to another country easier than most people can change pants. |

New Toy For White Day I bought a selection of cat toys. We've been using two of them a lot, but the feathers have been stripped off and the cats are losing interest. I thought it was time to open up the third toy, which is kind of like a green feather duster made of plastic tinsel with a few feathers on the end. The cats loved it. Then Buster found out it was all held together by one string, which he broke. See them make short work of this toy. |

Dogs On Saturday we ran into our landlord who had her big white dog out. I had the impression this dog is young, certainly younger than the much smaller store dog. I got some funny pictures of them playing together, but the old women weren't impressed with the act and separated the dogs. |

Lanterns On May 24 we get one of the few holidays this year, Buddha's birthday. It's like Christmas only no tree, no presents, no huge sales. Actually, the only similarity is it's a religious birthday, and they hang these lanterns on some streets. |
