Global Seoul As I was getting off the subway, I looked up and saw the most ridiculous catchphrase, "Let's Make Seoul Of Global City!" Next morning when I was taking the subway to work, I walked through the cars looking for it again so I could see exactly what its deal was. Now you can see. |
